Ever since we I came across Robert Kiyosaki’s books and his principles regarding real estate investment, I’ve been interested in the status of the real estate market. I knew when the real estate market was down since there were lots of properties being sold at really low prices but I’ve noticed that in the past month or two, real estate prices had began to climb again.
I guess it’s still not too late to find another investment property whether here in Nevada. The problem, however, is that we have to be really quick in bidding because good deals doesn’t usually last very long. Within a week (even just a few days), listings already become pending or contingent. I guess most investors are also aware that the real estate market is on the upswing and they want to take advantage of that too.
