We recently received an Emilware bread and baguette maker from ScoreCard Rewards of my husband’s credit card. Since I am a bread person, I was so excited to try the product. Despite the lack of some ingredients, I managed to come up with this baked product:
Considering that I didn’t follow the recipe and substituted some of the ingredients, this bread can be considered perfect. I had already baked raisin bread, sandwich loaf and chocolate bread since then and I can say that they are all great!
The Emerilware bread and baguette maker has 14 pre-programmed settings for variety of cakes, breads, dough, pasta and jam with three loaf sizes options (2, 2.5 and 3 pounds). It comes with a manual, recipe book, recipe cards and a removable baguette baking rack where you can make 4 mini baguettes.
Easy to Use
The product is easy to use. Most of the bread programs just require you two easy steps: 1.) place the ingredients into the baking pan in the order stated in the recipe, and 2.) select the product program, size and desired color. After that, all you need to do is to listen to the beep which signals that the bread is now ready to be taken out of the machine. Easy home baking!
Easy to Clean
The machine comes with a non-stick pan which is quite easy to clean. As for the two kneading paddles, there’s a tendency for flour and other ingredients to get stuck on it so I usually soak them first in water prior to cleaning.
Conclusion
I would recommend this product especially to bread lovers like me. It’s easy to use and you’ll enjoy the smell of newly baked bread right in your kitchen.
