I’m so excited! The closing date for the fourplex property that we’re buying will be on or before November 10 and that’s anytime during this week. Barring any problems, we’ll now be proud owners of a centrally located fourplex property here in Las Vegas.
We’re planning to get the services of a real estate lawyer to help us with all the legal documents especially with the lease agreements. The property that we are buying is currently fully rented (four units) but their contracts of lease are with the present owner. When the transaction closes this week, we will need them to sign a lease agreement with us and will very much need the services of Real estate lawyer barrie to help us protect our investment. This legal thingy is like a maze, and we need an experienced lawyer to help us get through it.
Ever since hubby and I retired from the workforce, we concentrated on investing in real estate to generate a passive income without the need to tire ourselves from working. This setting works for us and gives us the chance to become full-time parents and occasional travelers. Besides, now is the best time to invest in real estate because the prices of houses are really low compared to what they were a few years back.
