This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Kissimmee Tourism. All opinions are 100% mine.
I was YM chatting with my high school classmate and friend, Aimee, earlier today when I mentioned that our family will be driving to Albany, Georgia sometime in November. She said that it’s just about five to six hour drive away from where she is now and had invited us to come over and visit her too.
Aimee works as a nurse in Kissimmee, Florida for almost five years now. Kissimmee is considered as the Heart of Florida and is just about a 32 minute drive from Orlando. I’ve never been there so she has to mention a few tourist spots we could visit and activities we could do just to entice me to accept her invitation.
She said outdoor activities (such as airboat rides, zip-lining, horseback riding, hiking, birding, biking) are already given. We could also explore the downtowns of Kissimmee, St. Cloud and Celebration or have a picnic while enjoying the lakefront in all three towns. We could also visit the beach because the Atlantic Ocean is just about an hour away, the Gulf Coast less than a 2-hour drive.
Among the interesting places to visit are the Kennedy Space Center, Adventure Island, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Bok Tower Gardens, Silver Springs, Dinosaur World and the Blue Spring State Park. We can also checkout the free winery tours and wine tasting at the Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards or visit the greatest private collection of aircraft in the world in the Fantasy of Flight.
What I’m thrilled about is the Walt Disney World in Florida. I’d love to visit the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park and Epcot and the water parks such as Disney’s Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. I am already excited to visit them with my family – and Aimee, of course. Wink!
Sounds like a great place to visit, right? I’ll ask hubby to include it to our itinerary. We might stay at the Comfort Suites Maingate East or Howard Johnson Inn Tropical Palms because even if Aimee says we could stay with her, I don’t want to bother her and her two other colleagues who share her pad with her.
Why not visit the link below and plan your Kissimmee vacation as well? Who knows, we just might bump into each other there.

I’ve been to Florida twice and stayed in Kissimmee area part of our visits. It is cheaper and you will find lots of discount on pretty much every hotels and restaurant you go to. I am sure you will have a blast. I really enjoy most during my visit in Tampa and see Busch Gardens. I love to ride roller coasters so Florida is great place for me lol.

You just said the magic words: “discount” and “cheaper”. LOL. I’ve heard that Busch Gardens is great too. Will definitely check it out. I’m not sure about the roller coaster though. Wink!

Hello. This is from SocialSpark right? Just want to ask something about queuing for a job there. For example I found this same job and I asked to be queued, should I make a post immediately or wait till they approve it? Thanks.
Gee says
Hi Noel, no, you can’t submit a post unless you’re able to reserve a slot. You need to wait for another notice from them when additional slots are open and then compete with the rest of the wait-listed in getting a slot.

Thank you very much for the info.
