It’s almost April! Wow! Where did all that time go? A quarter of the year already passed by and I still have not started on some of the things in my “to do” list this year – like exercising daily!
During my recent pregnancy, I gained a whopping 35 pounds (probably more). I somehow manage to lose those excess pounds and I am now back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 100 pounds but I still need to exercise to trim the flabs here and there.
Aside from my relatively stagnant lifestyle, I also need to cut back on the carbs that I am consuming. There is a PB2 page I saw while searching at Google about The Low Carb Grocery store that sells more than thousands of popular low carb foods such as the low carbs versions of bagels, breads, snacks, muffins and pancakes.
There is a not so good news though. Just when I thought that it could be the answer to my prayers, I had learned that The Low Carb Grocery is based in Canada. They only offer express delivery to the following places: Toronto, Quebec, Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Edmonton, Victoria, Ottawa and Winnipeg. Bummer, right?
I guess that leaves me with no choice. I need to stick to a daily exercise routine if I want to trim all those flabs.
The question right now is, “When do I start?” I hope I am not asking the same question by the end of the year. Wink!
