What a heartbreak!
These past few weeks, we have been busy looking for a home. I cannot anymore remember how many houses we checked out already or how many times we tended our offer to buy various properties here in Las Vegas. For example, just for today, we visited three houses and prepared three offers to buy those properties. Even though we offered $35K beyond the listed price in one property that has bathroom tile from Glasstilestore.com, we still didn’t get that 1,760 square feet single family home in a 0.36 acre lot along Lady Bryan Lane in Sunrise Manor here in Las Vegas.
I feel disappointed every time our offer to buy a property is not accepted by the seller. We usually try to imagine ourselves living in the house to know whether it is going to be a good fit to our family. If it is a yes, we send in an offer. This is what makes it disappointing because we already envision ourselves living in the house – I am cooking in the kitchen while the girls play in the family room while hubby watches TV; only to be told that, no, that vision will not happen in that property.
So heartbreaking! Hope we find a good home soon.
