What’s your plan for the weekend? How are you going to celebrate Easter Sunday?
We are expecting some friends from the east coast this weekend. Our family friend and his family are driving coast to coast, starting at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Los Angeles, California. They called us this morning and said that they will stop by here during the weekend. Since it’s Easter, we arranged for them to stay and spend the weekend with us before they head out to LA.
I’ve heard that Paul (our family friend) really prepared for this long trip. He had his truck serviced at a Pennsylvania tire rotation(or is it wheel alignment?) shop and had the brakes checked prior to their travel. They also stocked up their RV with food and other necessities.
In 2011, my family and I also got a chance to travel from state to state. Originally, we wanted to do a coast-to-coast driving but we went as far as Missouri only. It was tiring to spend almost three weeks on the road but, looking back, the experience and knowledge that we gained while traveling were worth it.
Anyway, I might be busy in the next few days so here’s my advance greeting to everyone: Happy Easter!!!
