Georyl is getting curious with animals and pets.
The other day, she was very excited while looking at the fishes in an aquarium at the restaurant where we ate. Today, she had a great time looking at the birds in the bird cages at a pet store that we visited.
Actually, hubby and I went to the pet store to buy a pair of birds as a birthday gift for our family friend who really loves birds. When we were there, Georyl kept pointing to the birds in the bird cages – especially a pair of blue and yellow macaw that we almost bought a pair for ourselves.
When we learned that the cost of the macaw was $2000, we just stuck to our original plan of buying a gift for our friend and opted for the relatively cheap parakeet (LOL). I can’t imagine spending two thousand bucks for birds, not to mention the cost of the bird cages, covers, stands, perches and other accessories.
Anyway, we just showed Georyl some videos taken during our trip to the zoo last year to feed her curiosity for animals and pets. My! She asks a lot of questions too and I’m running out of answers.
