We usually stream movies on our computer and then connect our PC to our TV using an HDMI cable so that we can watch the show on a bigger screen. I was given this product free in exchange for an honest review so I did not have control over the length of the cord that they sent me. This 6’ cord is shorter than what we currently have (12’ long HDMI cable) so I had to test the cord’s performance from my laptop (which I can bring closer to the TV). Somehow, this made it easier for me to compare which HDMI cable was better because I could easily switch between the PC and laptop as sources of the graphics and sound.
Compared to the HDMI cable that we are currently using, this HDMI cable’s resolution and sound are better. However, ours was 25% cheaper and twice as long. I’ve seen some HDMI cables that are way more expensive than this one though so I believe that it is reasonably priced as it is.
This HDMI cable works as intended and it looks durable as well. It would be great if they could offer the option to buy only one item instead of 2-packs.
