Anyway, I am so glad that it took us less than a month to rent out two units of a fourplex apartment that we own. Our free ads at Trulia and Zillow didn’t give us any leads. It was after we posted a “For Rent” sign on the property about two weeks after we posted our online ad that we started receiving calls.
I guess, online ads are not as effective as I first believed – at least for our property. Next time, we will need to order banners and hang them because those kinds of ads generate more leads for us.
