My husband loves trying out products – especially those which are considered healthy and natural. When he saw a post about Nopalea in a blog sometime ago, he immediately called the company to try this wellness drink by Trivita.
For those who are not familiar with Nopalea, it is actually a natural anti-inflammatory drink. According to its manufacturer, it contains nutrients that have been proven to help the body reduce inflammation and help reduce pain due to inflammation, improve joint health, relieve swelling in muscles and protect cellular health.
Trivita claims that Nopalea does not contain any added sugar, artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors nor preservatives. They said that there are no known contraindications with Nopalea and medications but it is best to consult with your healthcare provider before drinking it if you’re taking any medications or have a known medical condition.
Anyway, as I’ve mentioned earlier, Trivita currently offers a free trial of the nopalea to everyone who visits their site and calls their 1-800 number: 1-800-462-1402. Yes, you can get your free 32oz bottle of Nopalea just by doing that but you need to pay $9.95 to cover the cost of shipping and handling.
As for my hubby, he did not only avail of the free trial, he bought about five bottles of Nopalea. I don’t know exactly how much it cost him (but it’s more than a hundred bucks) but he already finished a two bottles of the product as of this writing.
Since I am pregnant, I try not to drink these stuff so I can’t give you my own review of the product. There’s one thing I don’t like about it though. Lately, we’ve been receiving recorded messages from Trivita/Nopalea about their product. Sometimes we receive the call in the evening, sometimes during the day. I find recorded messages annoying so I just hope they’ll quit doing that – especially calling at night.
