Have You Ever Worn Contacts?

Have you ever worn or considered wearing contact lenses?

Some people wore contact lenses for fashion purposes (changing their eye color) but I had to use them before because of my poor vision. It wasn’t continuous though and the periods when I wore them mostly depended on my schedule or routine, mode of transportation and other stuff. For example, during those times when I mostly relied on public transportation, I would be wearing eyeglasses. Same is true when I was so busy and tired from work or school that I needed to take naps (because it’s a no-no to sleep when you have your contact lenses on). When I became a stay at home wife and, eventually, a mom, I totally ditched wearing contact lenses.

But there are times when I feel like wearing contact lenses again – especially when there are photo ops. I probably will be more adventurous and try on different colors instead of the colorless ones that I wore before.
