The latest blog from me is finally up! The domain name for this blog is one of my prizes in Lainy’s contest (I actually received two domain names but I gave the other one to my mother). It was really hard for me to pick a name for this site but finally thought that I should go back to writing about stuffs related to blogging because I’m passionate about blogging.
Techie She is a niche blog about blogging, gadgets, technology, software, social media and everything related to computers and the internet. My goal for this blog is to make your blogging and virtual life easier, better and more enriching by providing you with the latest news on technology and innovations, informative articles and how-to tips and tutorials. Techie She also shares with you the hottest online deals and freebies, surefire ways to earn money online and the coolest online contests to join and win.
Basically, this site will present the techie wanna-be and frustrated computer geek part of me. I was planning to take Computer Engineering in college but I took up BS Accountancy instead because I was already wearing eyeglasses in high school and I thought constant exposure to computers will just aggravate my already poor eyesight. Imagine my consternation when after graduation, I also had to face the computer every moment of my working hours as an accountant. (Yeah, it’s the time when computers and mobile phones took over typewriters and pagers. Do you still remember that?)
Blog Designers Wanted
Techie She is currently wanting in terms of a blog design. I’m thinking of getting blog designer services but most blog designers that I know have such long waiting lists. I might try and tweak this out myself (just like what I did here at GEORYL) but if I can find someone who can do it, why go through all the trouble, right? Can you recommend somebody? Who designed your blog?
