It’s more than two weeks into 2013, how are you doing with your new year’s resolution so far?
Well, I was able to keep up with mine for only five days. No, don’t laugh yet – it’s a feat already. I usually break my new year’s resolution within three days. LOL!
My goals this year when it comes to my health are to drink plenty of water and do some exercise. So far, I only rediscovered exercising today via dancing using Wii’s Just Dance 3 after two weeks of hibernation. The water intake is just so-so, still not hitting the “plenty” mark. It’s good that I’m not a smoker because I don’t need to make new year’s resolution like quit smoking nicaraguan cigars. Avoiding soda was a bit hard though, I admit I had one when we went to Burger King last week.
Anyway, I have this challenge to myself this 2013 and that’s to trim a few inches from my waistline. Who would like to join me? My magic number is 25″ by December 31, 2013. What will be yours?
