Two months ago, I mentioned about my struggle to lose the bulges around my waist. For a while, I thought I’ll be in the market for plus size dresses. That would have been a problem because it would be hard to look for a plus size dress for a petite lady like me. It was easier when I was still in the Philippines because most of the clothes there fit my body type but here in the US, when I go shopping the clothes are either too long or too loose. The first time I was able to find a jeans that fit me well was when I scoured the teens section. LOL!
Anyway, regarding my fight against the fats, I think I’m starting to gain a momentum against those fats that make my clothes tighter especially in the midsection. The usual exercise plus diet routine sure worked but I added another factor in the formula: I started taking acai berry tablets cleansing tablets about two weeks ago. This cleansing tablet claims to work on the inside by cleaning the digestive system but I didn’t finish the whole bottle because I think it suppresses my appetite too. I don’t wanna end up slim but sick so I guess it’s time to say goodbye to the cleansing tablet and just stick with exercise and proper diet.
Oppps, lest I get misunderstood, no, this is not a review or a paid post for acai berry tablet. I am not even endorsing it but just telling you guys about my experience when I started taking it – and how it helped me, in a way, to lose weight.
When I finally win the battle against bulge, I’ll start to post my pictures again. Is that good news or bad news?
