Please help me get a chance to review another book by rating this current review, thanks!
I’ve been mentioning about my struggle to become fit and slim over and over on this site and I was so glad to finally had the chance to review a book that covers that subject of losing weight.
The One-Day Way: Today Is All the Time You Need to Lose All the Weight You Want is a book written by Chantel Hobbs – a motivational speaker, life coach, personal trainer, marathon runner, wife, and mother of four whose story has been featured on Oprah, The Today Show, Good Morning America, Fox & Friends, the 700 Club, and the covers of People and First magazines. In this book, Hobbs seeks to produce lasting results without complicated weight-loss strategies and expensive diet plans. She teaches on how to change the way one thinks about losing weight which leads to new actions. Before you know it, you will be strong, fit and healthy with her motivations and strategies (such as high-energy meal plans and at-home program for cardio exercise and strength training).
The book is both motivational and realistic. Hobbs makes you tackle your problems 24 hours at a time and by breaking down your big goal into “bite-size pieces,” it makes the goal so much easier to achieve. In addition, Hobbs does not only show you how to lose weight, but how to build the new life you were designed to live.
It says “Lose All the Weight You Want, One Meal, One Pound, One Day At a Time!” After reading this book, I’m sure it’s possible.
